This workshop is designed for organisations who have recognised the need to address re-occurring issues that impact Cultural & Strategic alignment. 

It assists teams in addressing areas which are in need of improvement. This is a great way to get employees and/or managers together to address any reoccuring issues which are having an impact on the overall productivity and morale of the organisation. 

This is  a full day workshop designed for up to 16 people.

These workshops are to be held at the clients office.
