Employee Voice - Yearly Membership - Consultation Call

Employee Voice is key to making positive changes across organisations.  A representative from each team should regularly communicate and meet with team members to find out how things are going and voice any opinions which could have a positive impact on the organisation.

This Package includes a monthly meeting with a representative from each department of your organisation with myself. 

This monthly meeting will be a chance for your employee representatives to feedback any important information. 

I will then analyse the information and provide a summary and suggestions for implementation of the ideas and suggestions across your organisation on a monthly basis. 

Once you book a date and time I will be in touch to confirm and check if you wish to meet in person or over video call.
